In FPC factory quality management, everyone only looks at the final result. Practice has proven that only by closely following process control can the quality of FPC be controlled.

(1) First inspection control

Before the launch of FPC products, it is necessary to require the team leader, quality inspector, and employees to carefully check the online materials; Use tooling equipment to confirm whether the performance is stable and intact. Then produce three FPC products in small batches and confirm whether the FPC products are qualified. After passing the inspection, production will be launched. If it is not qualified, the cause should be investigated until it is qualified.

(2) Check control

In the FPC production process, management and quality inspection personnel need to conduct spot checks on products, focusing 80% of their energy on weak links in production, such as original employees, key equipment, key positions, etc.

(3) Final inspection control

For the final FPC product, the focus is on control. The faster the work is completed, the more impatient and prone employees are to make mistakes, so strict control is necessary.
